As all felt factory makes are made to order, there is a turnaround of up to 2 weeks before it is dispatched. please remember this before ordering. some ready made items may be dispatched sooner. Royal Mail 1st class delivery is used as standard.
Orders can only be taken from & sent within mainland UK.

I can't give refunds on orders posted with incomplete or incorrect names & addresses that haven't arrived.
